Frequently Asked Questions
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! We encourage people to bring their dogs. However, we do have some rules! We ask that all dogs remain on their leads/leashes at all times while on-site. All dog owners must pick up after their dog and place any rubbish into the bins located on-site. Should owners not adhere to these rules, they may be asked to leave the premises.
Does my ticket include food / drink?
Your ticket gives you access to the venue, activities and workshops available. It does not include your food, drink or any purchases you make from stalls.
Do I need to pay for parking?
Due to the limited availability for parking on-site, those travelling in their own vehicles must purchase a parking ticket for each day they intend to visit. Disabled badge holders do not need to pay, but must select their own Disabled Badge Holders Parking Ticket. We do encourage all guests to ride-share, use public transportation, or be dropped-off and collected.
Is there somewhere that I can be dropped off / collected from?
Yes! Parking marshals will be available to direct all vehicles to their appropriate locations. This includes where to drop-off and collect guests.
What time does the venue open / close?
The event will open from 10:00. Workshops and activities will end by 21:00, while live music will end at 23:00. All guests will be directed off-site before midnight.
Is the venue accessible for wheelchairs, mobility scooters, prams, etc?
Although the site is accessible for families and those with disabilities, please note that a large part of this festival is carried out on grass. Therefore, it may not be as easy for wheels of any sort, especially if the ground is wet.
Do I need to bring my disabled badge with me?
If you have claimed any disabled badge holders parking tickets, you will need to bring your disabled badge to show to parking marshals. If you are unable to provide your badge upon entry, you may not be allocated a disabled parking space and be charged for a regular parking space (subject to availability).
There’s five of us – can we buy a family ticket?
Our family ticket is valid for 2 adults and 2 children only. Any other guests must purchase the appropriate ticket for their age group.
Can I get a site map?
A site map will be uploaded to our website before the event. However, printed copies will be available upon arrival.
Where can I see the schedule for each day?
The schedule for workshops, activities and live music will be uploaded to the website before the event. However, printed copies will be available upon arrival.
Can I bring my own portable BBQ?
Unfortunately not. However, we have an excellent selection of food and drink vendors ready to keep you hydrated and fed!
Can I bring my own gazebo, marquee or tent?
Unfortunately guest gazebos, marquees and tents are not permitted and are strictly prohibited. Should guests bring and erect their own, they may be asked to leave.
Are there any local hotels, Airbnb's or other accommodation types to stay in?
Yes! There are tons of local accommodation options available. A list of nearby establishments will be uploaded to our website in 2025.
How can I apply to be a vendor?
Vendor applications can be requested at info@eventsandmoore.com
Is there anywhere on site to withdraw cash?
Unfortunately not. We recommend bringing a mixture of cash and cards should you wish to purchase any food and drink, or something from one of our many stalls.
Can I bring my own food and drink?
As long as you are not entering the site with any prohibited items (please check the prohibited list), you are welcome to bring your own food and drink. However, we do have a wonderful selection of food and drink vendors on-site and we encourage you to support their businesses where possible.
What staff will be on-site?
